Financial Process Exchange, referred to here as FPX, is a Malaysian-based payment method. It allows foreign customers to make online transactions using their banking credentials. The main banks in Malaysia (BNM, Central Bank of Malaysia...) are part of the PayNet Group which owns FPX. It is therefore one of the most used online payment methods in the country. When paying with FPX on your online store, customers are redirected to their bank interface to authorize it in 2 steps. The customer experience is therefore different for each person depending on their bank.
