Welcome to Custom Messages, a tool that allows you to customize your site content and improve the customer experience. With this tool, you will be able to integrate dynamic variables to retrieve data and modify the content of your site according to the retrieved data. On the Marketing > Custom Messages page, you will find all the available variables that you can add to your content. All you have to do is copy the desired variable and paste it where you want the information to be displayed on your store. For example, if you want to display the first name of the customer who is logged in to their account, insert the variable Customer First Name {FIRSTNAME()}. If the customer is not logged in, configure an alternative name or a custom message. In addition, you can configure a Random Number {NUMBER(Number 1,Number 2, Seconds)}, a Date Timer {TIMER(Date)} or a Countdown Timer {TIMER(Duration)} that will be visible to the customer as soon as he logs in to your store.
